Return, exchange and cancellation policy:
If an order arrives damaged, please inform us within 48 hours of receipt. We will take the appropriate steps to replace or refund the damaged goods. Unless goods are defective, we are not obliged to take back orders already delivered. Every effort has been made to show the product colours as accurately as possible however, as many are made by hand there are sometimes subtle variations, adding individuality to the product.
