Story of the product: Le Kowloon City Pushing up building density with numerous establishments of “luxury apartments” has altered the landscape of Kowloon City. Do those apartments denote the future of Kowloon City while naming with historical reference of the district? This collection of works is created with different elements of lines observed in Kowloon City. When the photographer AndyPoll was five years old, he was fortunate to have seen airplanes taking off from the runway of Kai Tak airport. Although the impression is vague, he noticed that the landscape of Kowloon City is constantly changing. On the other hand, Master Cheung’s old mahjong factory Fuk Hing Lung Mahjong Factory’ was moved out before 1990s in Hong Kong witnessing the demolished of Kowloon Walled City. What will happen to Kowloon City in the next 20 years? Can this precious moment still be kept with us?
