This high-quality A4 size art print (measures 30.5cm x 21.5cm + 1.5cm white border) is professionally printed with ‘Archival Ink’ on Epson Enhanced bright white 192 gsm matte paper. It comes in a protective plastic sleeve with foam board backing and has been designed to fit into standard frames measuring 30cm x 40cm.
Story of the product:
Art print of my original watercolour painting of 2 Hong Kong icons, a Red Mini Bus and the distinctive ‘Yee Wo Bridge’ in the background as seen on Sugar Street in the busy shopping district of Causeway Bay on Hong Kong Island. These ubiquitous vehicles are true icons of the city and to say that riding in one of these is a ‘thrilling’ experience is an understatement!. They are truly part and parcel of the Hong Kong experience and collective memory. This artwork took approx. a week to paint as I wanted to accurately depict all the light reflections and refractions in the bus windows.
