Ivory ribbon necklace

Story of the product: I live in Hong Kong where we have a fantastic haberdashery area called Sham Shui Po which I love to roam around in my spare time. I started my business as a creative outlet using all the beautiful beads I find there. This delicate Ivory coloured piece is created using pearls and clear glass, faceted beads which catch the light in between the ripples of grosgrain ribbon.

Additional shipping and delivery information: LOCAL HONG KONG DELIVERY: All orders will be shipped by Hong Kong Post within 1-2 working days. Delivery is usually 2-3 working days. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS will be shipped by Hong Kong post, registered airmail. I will ship within 1-2 working days. Shipment times are as follows, this information is a guide only, I will provide a tracking number after shipment. o Mainland China and other Asian countries: about 5-10 working days o European and American countries: about 10-21 working days depending on local delivery times, packages usually leave HK within 3 working days. Please note that U.S. customs clearance can take time. Return, exchange and cancellation policy: RETURNS: I hope that you are happy with your purchase, but if you would like to return it you may do so within 7 days of receiving it. Return shipping will be at your own cost and a refund will be given on receipt of the goods which must be returned unused and in the original packing. They must not have been damaged or soiled in any way. I suggest returns are tracked and that you retain your proof of postage receipt as I cannot offer a refund without the goods in hand. I always pack my items carefully but if you find that the goods have been damaged in anyway during transit please contact me immediately and include photographs of the external packaging and details of what happened so that I can work out with you either a refund or a replacement. As each item I make is generally unique a replacement may not always be possible.
