Personally, I haven't seen many birthday cards in Chinese available in HK and so I thought... why don't I come up with some? The peach-looking steamed bun - "Sau Tou", is a traditional birthday treat in the Chinese culture as it represents longevity. It is usually filled with lotus seed paste and is served as dessert at a birthday celebration.
